4-28-09 This past week has seen some changes in our business. We are working hard to increase the services we offer to our customers. If you notice any changes please send us an e-mail to let us know you appreciate the faster service. If you notice the reverse please contact us immediately so that we can fix the situation. With the cost of shipping and various other business related expenses we must look to the future and adapt to fit with the changing times ahead. Our economy and the state of Illinois are making some head way to a better tomorrow, but it will take time and hard work. We are always working in the office and downtown to get the work back faster and it has limited our office time. Please contact us 9 am until 3 pm M-F so that we can devote the time needed to get things done at the state office and back to you asap. 12-08-08 Today we joined the National Notary Association. We have been a notary service office for almost all of the 66 years in business. With this move we hope to better serve the community and our clients. We now offer mobile notary service on the go. Please visit us for notary services at our office or give us a call and we will make an appointment to visit with you directly. Nursing homes and shut ins will benefit greatly from this service. If you can get to us, it will be cheaper. If we have to travel out of the office, we will be charging a travel fee for time and miles. We have three notaries on staff currently with plans to add three more by the end of the year. Come see us for service with years of knowledge to go with it. |
